DELIVERY TERMS
General Nurisafoods Oy, business ID: 3293258-2, address: Metsolantie 158, 17510, NYYSTÖLÄ; sells products to companies and adults in Finland. These delivery terms apply to ordering products from our online store and similar deliveries. These delivery terms are valid from 21.08.2024. We may unilaterally change the delivery terms from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include tax, which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs Any shipping costs that may be charged for your order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the selected shipping method and are automatically added to the total order amount. You will see the shipping costs (if any) charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract You can order products on our online store's homepage by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our delivery terms and conditions in force at any time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except as mentioned later on the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these delivery terms and conditions.
Payment and payment methods You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you select when placing your order.
Delivery time Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are announced in connection with the product options. Right of cancellation and return conditions If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods. The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, by email to info@nurisafoods.fi. The right of cancellation only applies to and, accordingly, the returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to our Return Address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the specified period, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be refunded to the returner. When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and account number for a refund. We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Checking the shipment, errors and problems Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or if it does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability Nurisafoods Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with respect to the damage in question.
Disputes We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the local registry office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
